    Texas needs to impose MUCH more punishment for drunk driving. My father was killed in Texas by a repeat drunk driver - the first conviction got the moron a ticket, and killing my father got the jerk only 3 years.

    Texas needs to take away licenses for YEARS for first DUI offense - (put more cabs on the roads), and impose a minimum 10 years of hard time for fatalities.
